Required experience/skills:
- 1+ years of proven experience in business analysis in the software development area;
- Experience in analyzing clients’ needs, functional and non-functional requirements;
- Experience in requirements management (business/product & functional): elicitation, documentation, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation;
- Practical experience generating process documentation, as well as defining user workflows;
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks within an Agile environment;
- Strong scope decomposition skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 and higher);
- Deep experience in Confluence and Jira; good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Excellent visualization capabilities; knowledge of UML and diagramming tools (Miro, FigJam, Draw.io, etc.);
Would be a plus:
- Experience in conducting discoveries;
- Experience in mobile domain development.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in Pre-sales activities and Discovery Phases;
- Capturing the As-is state, defining the needs and the problem to be solved, modeling the To-be state;
- Eliciting and defining requirements;
- Translating business requirements into product requirements;
- Conducting competitor analysis;
- Creating WBS and supporting estimation sessions;
- Creating well-described tasks in Jira with detailed acceptance criteria;
- Facilitating collaboration between business and development teams;
- Defining, capturing, and evaluating quality attributes at every stage of a project development;
- Working on the refinement of the scope of work;
- Managing Backlog;
- Capturing, validating, and evaluating change requests;
- Modeling business processes;
- Validating UX design;
- Performing UAT.
