Required experience/skills:

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment;
  • Solid understanding of the software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end;
  • Confident sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other relevant platforms;
  • Experience working with ATS, sourcing tools, job boards, and social media;
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and structured data;
  • Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools in recruitment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail;
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously improve;
  • A genuine interest in people — you listen, notice details, and care;
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer;
  • Create, publish, and maintain job postings across various job boards;
  • Proactively source candidates who fit both the role and the company culture;
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database in the ATS;
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication;
  • Create a candidate experience where every person, whether hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of the company.
