Required experience/skills:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment;
- Solid understanding of the software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle end-to-end;
- Confident sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, and other relevant platforms;
- Experience working with ATS, sourcing tools, job boards, and social media;
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets and structured data;
- Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools in recruitment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail;
- Openness to feedback and willingness to continuously improve;
- A genuine interest in people — you listen, notice details, and care;
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer;
- Create, publish, and maintain job postings across various job boards;
- Proactively source candidates who fit both the role and the company culture;
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database in the ATS;
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers throughout the hiring process;
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication;
- Create a candidate experience where every person, whether hired or not, leaves with a positive impression of the company.
