  • 3+ years of recruiting experience in IT outsource;
  • Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal;
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solving while maintaining flexibility;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Interest and knowledge of future recruiting trends and innovative technology;
  • At least an intermediate level of English.
Nice to have
  • Experience with mobile technology (Kotlin, Swift).
Job Responsibilities
  • Developing sourcing and recruitment strategy for vacancies;
  • Full-cycle recruitment process including: direct communication with hiring team, negotiation and offering process, etc;
  • Composing, monitoring, and maintaining job postings on various job boards;
  • Maintaining and updating candidate database;
  • Providing statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
  • Participating in other projects related to recruitment according to your interest (employer branding, process automation, etc.);
  • Continuous improvement of recruiting processes and implementation of best practices.
