- 3+ years of recruiting experience in IT outsource;
- Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal;
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, problem solving while maintaining flexibility;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Interest and knowledge of future recruiting trends and innovative technology;
- At least an intermediate level of English.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile technology (Kotlin, Swift).
- Developing sourcing and recruitment strategy for vacancies;
- Full-cycle recruitment process including: direct communication with hiring team, negotiation and offering process, etc;
- Composing, monitoring, and maintaining job postings on various job boards;
- Maintaining and updating candidate database;
- Providing statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Participating in other projects related to recruitment according to your interest (employer branding, process automation, etc.);
- Continuous improvement of recruiting processes and implementation of best practices.
