Required experience:
- 1-3 years of commercial experience in UI/UX design.
Required skills:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Photoshop;
- Understanding and proven experience with the Discovery Phase, including research and defining user needs;
- Proven experience in creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs;
- Strong knowledge of mobile app design, including working with design kits and adhering to iOS and Android guidelines;
- Solid understanding of UI principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy;
- Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles;
- Experience maintaining and evolving design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of branding and graphic design principles;
- Experience creating graphic designs for marketing materials, presentations, and social media;
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and usability best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications;
- Create visually appealing and user-friendly UI designs that align with user needs and business goals;
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to translate requirements into effective design solutions;
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions;
- Create and maintain design systems and reusable components;
- Design graphics for the website, presentations, and other marketing or promotional materials.
