Location – LVIV! 


Required Experience/Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing;
  • Proven experience in content creation and SEO optimization;
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for performance tracking and SEO analysis;
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and retargeting campaigns;
  • Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and execution;
  • Proficiency in collaborating with designers and developers to align marketing strategies with branding;
  • Excellent project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills for articles, marketing materials, and social media.

Would Be a Plus

  • Experience with AI tools for content creation or automation;
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Figma;
  • Experience in creating marketing materials like presentations, proposals, and case studies;
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and methods for tracking campaign performance;
  • Knowledge of fleet management, logistics, indoor navigation, or geolocation industries.

Responsibilities:

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a content strategy;
  • Optimize existing content to improve performance (SEO, CTAs, visuals, expertise highlights, etc.);
  • Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from ideation to publication;
  • Collaborate with designers to create layouts and visual kits for a consistent branding style.

ABM & Retargeting:

  • Launch ABM campaigns every 3-4 months for targeted industries;
  • Implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors.

Marketing Materials:

  • Update company presentations, proposals, and case studies for different services and industries;
  • Assist in refining the Unique Value Proposition and defining key competitor advantages.

Tech Updates & Case Studies:

  • Prepare and distribute technical updates and packaged case studies to potential leads.

Website Management:

  • Lead updates to website content, including creating new service pages and validating case studies;
  • Develop and optimize Customer Journey Maps to enhance customer experience and align marketing strategies.

SMM:

  • Manage LinkedIn posts and internal SMM campaigns with clear KPIs for engagement.

General Marketing Tasks:

  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine pricing, offers, and positioning.
