Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of HR working experience;
  • Familiar with HR CRM Tracking System;
  • To be able to conduct in one-to-one, performance evaluation process;
  • Understanding the specifics of work, processes, teams, and positions in IT;
  • Self-motivated with an ability to work independently;
  • Soft skills: outstanding communication, adaptability, resilience, integrity, critical thinking, problem-solving, pro-activity, strong sense of empathy, and creativity;
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Intermediate English level is a must-have.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Cultivate company culture and ensure alignment with our values;
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and track employee engagement;
  • Organize performance review meetings and oversee the process of creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs);
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes.

HR Operations, Budgeting & Strategy

  • Develop and update HR policies, keeping the team informed;
  • Oversee internal communication between the team and company (e.g., monthly digest, monthly meetings, all-hands meetings);
  • Manage the HR budget by planning, allocating, tracking, and reporting expenses while ensuring cost efficiency;
  • Manage HR processes in Hurma (vacation requests, sick leaves, HR analytics, and reporting);
  • Contribute to company strategy by providing insights on employee engagement, retention, and HR process improvements.

Office & Event Management

  • Handle all aspects of office management;
  • Plan and organize corporate events, workshops, and training sessions;
  • Manage logistics for company equipment, gifts, and onboarding materials;
  • Manage company equipment;
  • Work with company merch and gifts.
