Required Experience/Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing for software development services;
- Clear understanding of industry segmentation and how to tailor messaging, content, and campaigns for specific verticals;
- Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals;
- Proven ability to develop and own content strategies, not just execute predefined tasks;
- Solid experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) — from identifying target accounts to executing outreach;
- Strong analytical skills — able to work with data to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make informed strategic adjustments;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, tone, and persuasive messaging;
- Strong sense of independence and accountability, with a proven ability to own and drive vertical-specific initiatives with minimal supervision;
- Well-developed organizational and execution skills, with a proactive mindset and focus on delivering measurable, results-driven outcomes.
Would Be a Plus:
- Experience in lead generation or B2B sales, especially in a service-based or agency environment;
- Formal marketing education or completion of relevant courses/certifications;
- Previous experience working with specific industries (e.g., fleet, logistics, AR, navigation, etc.);
- Hands-on experience with retargeting strategies or running LinkedIn remarketing campaigns;
- Experience in creating marketing materials like presentations, proposals, and case studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the marketing roadmap for the assigned industry vertical — including quarterly goals, positioning, content pipeline, and campaign strategy;
- Create and manage a vertical-specific content plan, including SEO articles, case studies, and landing pages, in collaboration with the content writer and designer;
- Conduct in-depth industry research — covering competitors, trends, pain points, and ICP behavior — to inform messaging and campaign focus;
- Plan and manage LinkedIn presence for the vertical, including outreach campaigns, personal/company posts, and engagement tactics;
- Launch and oversee retargeting campaigns, defining audience segments and suggesting ad concepts based on user behavior;
- Lead ABM initiatives for your industry, including target account selection, outreach preparation, and performance tracking;
- Identify opportunities to update or improve website pages related to the industry (e.g., service pages, expertise sections, article interlinking);
- Track performance and extract actionable insights — use SEO, analytics, and campaign data to continuously refine strategy;
- Align with sales and lead gen teams to maintain consistent messaging, identify high-potential prospects, and contribute to revenue goals.
