About the project
In the modern world, business is going through difficult times and is rapidly trying to move online. The auto market is no exception, so the need sprung among sellers and buyers in the KSA and throughout the Arabian Peninsula. The product’s prime goal was to simplify and digitalize the tedious physical process of selling and buying a car.

Buyers needed a complex solution that could help them find the perfect car match from reliable sellers and car dealerships to make their choice on the site.
The solution offers a typical web application along with a mobile application for quick, convenient, and easy search on the go. The search is powered by an advanced system of filters, a comparison feature for selected cars, their basic specifications, additional characteristics, and equipment. The fuel calculator helps users compare and choose the most profitable vehicle for fuel consumption.
The seller’s side, on the contrary, needed a way to place plenty of information about cars along with the promotion mechanisms for sales acceleration.
The comprehensive product management panel lets sellers productively manage not only cars but also commercials. One of the app’s highlights is the option to create a virtual tour of a car, so potential buyers can view the vehicle from all sides, avoiding the need to inspect it physically.

01/ Discovery Phase
The development of the product included the complete package: version for web, iOS, and Android and a custom web admin panel. The work on the backend started at the end of the design phase to ensure timely and consistent web and mobile development.
Even though the product has well-known e-commerce architecture, the development phase was diversified by peculiar features like a 360° view of products. As a result, we created an efficient and easily scalable product by carefully planning all the steps and using cutting-edge technologies.

We conducted several interviews for a better understanding of the user and to determine their desires, problems, and pains that accompany them in the process of selling/buying a car. One of the key insights was that users prefer online videos when searching. This research allowed us to delve deeper into the issue and focus on finding the best solutions for the problems.

The interface design was created with the best practices of e-commerce in mind. Intuitive navigation, product description placement, and easy checkout ensure that users achieve their goals in less time and clicks. In addition, the platform is bilingual, English and Arabic, so the design solutions also considered the language peculiarities.
Color selection is equally important as it is a subconscious way of conveying information that creates an unconditional impulse to do something. According to studies, 85% of people confirmed that color affects their choices.

Each product page provides preliminary information about the car and specific information grouped by category. Users can contact sellers via the product page and use a fuel calculator for the particular car model.
Users can also view the seller’s profile along with reviews and other offers from this seller.
Easy Search Experience
A set of advanced filters helps users find the best fit for their needs. Users can save searches and get updates on the price drops, share links to the cars they like, and add cars to the comparison list.
Admin Panel
A simple yet informative admin panel provides all the necessary information to manage the platform. From user management to commercial management and reporting, admins can set up and monitor the platform’s environment conveniently and productively.
Mobile App
The mobile app repeats and complements all web app features, bringing the best experience to iOS and Android users. Users can post cars, look for the ones that fit their needs, save favorites and chat with sellers/buyers – all in one app.
