Myroslava Stetsiuk

With over 8 years in UX/UI design, Myroslava has worked across the full spectrum of digital products — from early-stage startups to established platforms, spanning fleet management, logistics, warehouse management, utilities, social media, and more. Her focus has always been the same: turning complex, cluttered experiences into interfaces that feel effortless to use and easy to come back to.

At Volpis, Myroslava leads the design department and mentors a team of three designers, setting the standard for how design decisions get made. She engages both directly with clients and closely with BAs and PMs — wherever clarity is needed most. Her design process is grounded in real usage data, analytics, and user research, including surveys and usability testing, ensuring every decision is validated, not assumed. One product reshaped under her design leadership surpassed 1 million downloads and saw its user rating climb from 4.3 to 4.8.
